The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the GPO, is seeking a single‑source printer to produce a short‑run, high‑quality color print job consisting of desk tents, feedback cards, and handouts for the SCID National Program Office conference. The work includes printing up to 424 pieces on specified JCP paper, trimming, scoring, packaging, and shipping to Seattle, WA by late December 2026, with required press‑quality PDF proofs and strict quality‑level III standards.
• 24 desk tents (8 versions, 3 each) – 11×8½ in, full‑color, trimmed & scored.
• 200 feedback cards – 8½×5½ in, full‑color, trimmed.
• 200 handouts – 8½×11 in, full‑color, trimmed.
• Must use either offset or digital printing (single method), meet Quality Level III, and provide packaging, tracking, and required forms (W‑9, GPO 917, GPO 905).
