Description
The Clare-Gladwin Regional Education Service District is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the new construction of two new boilers and installation at the Clare-Gladwin Area School. The project includes site work, demolition and removal of old boilers, construction of the new boilers, and necessary plumbing, electrical with BMS controls. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits. The project is expected to commence on July 1st, 2026, and be substantially complete by August 28th, 2026.
