Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive facility maintenance services for the Air Force Memorial (AFM) located at Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling, Washington, D.C. The effort is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside and will be awarded as a firm‑fixed‑price (FFP) contract. The base period runs from 1 Sep 2026 to 31 Aug 2027 with four six‑month options and a possible six‑month extension, for a maximum cumulative term of 28 Feb 2030. Work includes all housekeeping and facility support tasks defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors must submit a technically compliant proposal by 28 Aug 2026 and may attend an optional site visit on 12 Aug 2026. The contract will be administered under NAICS 561210 (Facility Support Services) and PSC S216.
