Demolition of City of Palms Park

The City of Fort Myers is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full demolition services for the existing City of Palms Park Stadium, including all associated structures and site features. The contractor will be responsible for demolishing all site improvements, hauling debris to an approved disposal site, and grading the site to ensure positive drainage. The contractor must have a minimum of 10 years of demolition experience and be licensed in the State of Florida. The project is expected to be completed within 90 days. Key features of the project include: • Demolition of all site improvements, including stadium seating, structures, roofs, press boxes, concourses, and foundations • Removal of all ancillary structures, including lighting towers, concessions, restrooms, and storage buildings • Disposal of debris at approved facilities • Site grading and stabilization • Implementation of dust suppression and noise control measures • Maintenance of site security and safety fencing • Protection of adjacent buildings, roads, and utilities
