Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority is leading a comprehensive redevelopment of the Pimlico Race Course to transform it into a year-round, world-class racing and community destination. Clark Construction Group, in partnership with McKissack & McKissack and THG Companies, is assembling a team of project partners for this project. The project has a 35% MBE participation goal, with subgoals of 8% African-American and 11% woman-owned businesses. Only MDOT-certified MBEs will count towards the goal. The project requires compliance with prevailing wage rates.
• The project involves the redevelopment of the Pimlico Racing Facility at 5201 Park Heights Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215.
• Trade contractors are invited to bid on packages including DIV 11 – Foodservice Equipment and DIV 11 – Outdoor LED Videoboards.
• A prebid conference will be held at Pimlico on March 3, 2026, at 11:00AM.
• All bidders must prequalify online at TradeTapp before submitting a bid.
