Combined Sources Sought Notice - Notice of Intent to Sole source - Scan Head refurbishment for Bruker Dimension Pro 200 AFM

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from sources that may be capable of providing refurbishment of the Bruker Dimension Pro 200 Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). The refurbishment includes the repair of the scan head, and the contractor shall supply a one-year warranty on all non-consumable parts and labor. The Government will ship the contractor its existing scan head, and the contractor shall be responsible for shipping the refurbished scan head back to the Government. • The refurbishment of the scan head requires the contractor to perform to OEM specifications or better. • The contractor shall provide a one-year warranty on all non-consumable parts and labor. • The Government will ship the contractor its existing scan head, and the contractor shall be responsible for shipping the refurbished scan head back to the Government. • The contractor shall provide information on their company, including name, address, and contact information. • The contractor shall identify the equipment that can meet the objectives addressed in the notice and provide technical specifications. • The contractor shall describe performance capabilities of the product and any customization options.
