Description
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is issuing a statewide blanket contract to provide trail design, construction, improvement, and maintenance services on an “as‑needed” basis across all of Texas. The agency will award multiple contracts covering six geographic park regions; contractors may be selected for one or more regions and will receive individual work orders as projects arise. The contract term is one year with the possibility of two additional two‑year renewals. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of trail‑service experience, appropriate equipment, financial stability, and preferably PTBA membership and accessibility‑trail expertise. Contractors must handle all labor, equipment, permits, safety, and post‑project reporting.
