Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a contractor to replace trench drains at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The project involves replacing existing trench drains, installing a new off-grid solar security area light, and performing asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, and pavement striping. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The project is anticipated to be issued as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
• Replace existing trench drain and sump box in Parking Lot 1
• Install a new off-grid solar security area light in Parking Lot 1
• Replace existing trench drain at Building 16
• Perform asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, and pavement striping for Parking Lot 1
• Excavation, demolition, reinforced concrete placement, underground drainage tie-ins, site restoration, traffic control, and all other work necessary to complete the project
