Grounds Maintenance - Eglin AFB, FL

The United States Air Force is seeking capabilities statements from potential sources for grounds maintenance services at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) in Florida. The services include mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, debris removal, leaf removals, lawn conditioning, pest control, and pruning of shrubs and trees. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed in a manner that promotes the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and presents a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Some key aspects of the job include: • Maintaining improved grounds, including buildings, sidewalks, driveways, and other hard-surfaced areas • Maintaining semi-improved grounds, including areas with grass and vegetation • Maintaining un-improved grounds, including areas with native vegetation • Providing tree care services, including pruning, trimming, and removal • Providing emergency services, including response to natural disasters and accidents • Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations The Air Force is looking for contractors who can provide high-quality grounds maintenance services and comply with all requirements and regulations.
