Reagents, Calibrators and Controls, Solutions, and Consumables for Coagulation Analyzers ACL Top 350

The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center requires reagents, calibrators and controls, solutions, and consumables for Coagulation Analyzers ACL Top 350. The contractor shall provide supplies in accordance with the specifications outlined in Attachment A - Specification Sheet. The period of performance is from 04/01/2026 to 03/31/2027. • The contractor must provide all necessary supplies, including HemosIL reagents, controls, and solutions. • The contractor must ensure that all supplies meet the specifications outlined in Attachment A. • The contractor must deliver the supplies to the Kayenta Health Center within 30 days of the contract award. • The contractor must provide pricing information in accordance with the instructions outlined in the solicitation.
