Office Supplies RFP

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide high-quality office supplies and ensure timely delivery, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. The selected respondent will be required to provide services in accordance with the contract, including office supply services, online ordering services, ordering details, technical support, and delivery. The contract will have an initial term of one year with four optional one-year renewals. • The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing office supplies for an organization of similar size to TRS. • The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience and knowledge of utilizing online office supplies ordering systems. • The vendor must have a minimum of five years of experience and knowledge of all forms of office supplies. • The vendor must submit a proposal that includes pricing, experience, and other relevant information. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to subcontracting opportunities for Veteran Heroes United in Business (VetHUB).
