Description

The State of Montana Department of Environmental Quality is seeking a vendor to supply brand‑new FreeFly Astro Max uncrewed aerial systems and associated accessories. The solicitation is a limited competition (IFB) that requires bidders to provide detailed pricing for the drone unit, ground control unit, protective case, IR sensor, extra batteries, extra propellers, extended warranty, and FOB‑destination shipping. All items must be delivered by 1 July 2026, and bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 4 June 2026. The state will only accept the FreeFly brand and will use a mandatory order form for the purchase. • Provide a complete, unused FreeFly Astro Max drone system (brand‑only). • Submit unit‑by‑unit pricing for eight line‑items (drone, control unit, case, sensor, batteries, props, warranty, shipping). • Meet all prerequisite certifications, upload required documentation (descriptive literature, warranty, AI‑use attestation, exceptions table) before the sealed‑until deadline. • Deliver all equipment on or before 1 July 2026; payment will be made Net 30 after invoicing.
