Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, requires the purchase of five trailers to support operations for the Heavy Equipment Operator Group and the Materials Lab Group. The trailers include a tandem axle dual gooseneck dump trailer, two super duty tandem axle dual gooseneck flatbeds, and two CDU container trailers with varying lengths. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the trailers to the specified location within the given timeframe. Key features and specifications of the trailers are provided in the attached document.
• The vendor shall supply and deliver the dump and gooseneck flatbed trailers within 30 days of contract award.
• The vendor shall deliver the CDU trailers within 5 months of contract award.
• The trailers must meet the specifications contained in the attached document.
• The vendor shall provide a firm-fixed-price quote using the table found in the attached specification.
• The quote shall include all applicable fees and taxes.
