Janitorial Services for the Put-in-Bay Aquatic Visitor Center

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Put-in-Bay Aquatic Visitor Center. The services include deep cleaning and general weekly cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning restrooms. The contractor will be required to provide these services between June 1 and Oct. 1, with three deep cleanings per operating season. The contractor will also be required to sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement. • The services will be provided at the Put-in-Bay Aquatic Visitor Center, located at 360 W Shore Blvd., Put-In-Bay, OH 43456. • The contractor will be responsible for reporting the need for more supplies when the supplies are low, giving ample time for purchasing and restocking the inventory. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. • The contractor will be required to submit invoices directly to Ohio Shared Services (OSS).
