Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking a small‑business or micro‑business roofing contractor to provide annual roof‑maintenance services for the Mt. Shasta Area Office and associated out‑buildings. The work includes comprehensive roof inspections, debris and gutter cleaning, minor repairs, safety compliance, documentation, and a 90‑day warranty on all services. The contract runs for three years, with an annual budget TBD but capped below $250,000. Bidders must hold a valid C‑39 roofing contractor license, possess the required insurance, and be certified as a Small Business, Micro‑Business, or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise by the Department of General Services.
