Gardening Service at Mirasole Villa, Bogor

The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a contractor to provide gardening services at Mirasole Villa, Bogor. The services include furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary for gardening and landscape maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the grass, shrubbery, garden areas, trees, and related landscape elements. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have a permanent address and telephone listing in the Jabotabek Area in Indonesia. • The contractor will provide all necessary gardening supplies and equipment. • The contractor will maintain a program for controlling pests and plant disease. • The contractor will obtain approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all pesticides. • The contractor will submit an annual Grounds Maintenance Plan. • The contractor will provide a list of personnel and a transition plan. • The contractor will be responsible for quality control and will perform inspection visits to the work site on a regular basis.
