Description
The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified, licensed roofing contractor to fully rehabilitate the roof of a single residential home in Cherokee County, OK. The work must begin within 14 calendar days of award notification and be completed within 7 working days after a Notice‑to‑Proceed is issued. Preference will be given to TERO‑certified firms, and the contractor must comply with Davis‑Bacon wage rules, Buy‑American provisions, and a one‑year workmanship warranty.
• Scope includes removal of existing roofing, installation of new 30‑year fiberglass shingles, replacement of sheathing, fascia, and associated flashing/venting.
• Contractor must provide all labor, materials, insurance (GL $100k, WC $100k/ $500k disease), and submit required certifications (license, TERO, insurance, non‑collusive affidavit).
