Mechanical Unloading IDIQ

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District is planning to solicit a requirement for the unloading of dredge material from Corps storage sites and for maintenance dredging of the navigational channels within the St. Paul District. The work will consist of furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary for unloading dredge material from Corps storage sites and/or dredging the navigational channel with a backhoe, dragline, or other mechanical equipment on marine plant, and transporting the material to designated placement sites. The key aspects of this project include: • Unloading dredge material from Corps storage sites • Maintenance dredging of the navigational channels • Furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary for the project • Transporting the material to designated placement sites The project is anticipated to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 in magnitude.
