Description
The Department of Environmental Protection is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to renovate the Little Toby Creek treatment plant facility. The scope of this project includes the replacement of guide rail located at the Little Toby Creek AMD Treatment Plant. The contractor will be required to remove and install guide rail, apply seed and mulch to disturbed areas, and maintain a safe distance between the guide rail and underground utilities. The contract will commence on contract execution and terminate 180 days from execution.
• The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment.
• The contractor must comply with all federal and state regulations, including the Buy America Domestic Procurement Preference and the Steel Products Procurement Act.
• The contractor must provide documentation of experience in providing the specified service.
• The contractor must furnish exactly what is requested on the specifications.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all requirements.
