Description
The Town of Falkner is seeking bids for the construction of sanitary sewer improvements, including the rehab of 3 existing sewer pump stations and improvements to the existing wastewater treatment facility. The project is financed by a Community Development Block Grant and is subject to the rules and regulations thereof. The successful bidder must comply with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, the Davis-Bacon Act, and the Build America, Buy America Act.
