Sanitary Sewer Condition Assessment and Lateral Rehabilitation Services

The City of Clermont is seeking contractors to provide sanitary sewer condition assessment and lateral rehabilitation services. The services include cleaning, inspection, condition assessment, and rehabilitation of sanitary sewer laterals and associated main-to-lateral connections. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform the services. The contract will be awarded to the three lowest responsive and responsible bidders. • The services to be performed include cleaning of sanitary sewer mains and laterals, closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection and condition assessment, rehabilitation of sewer laterals and main-to-lateral connections using trenchless technologies, and restoration of surfaces and appurtenances disturbed by the work. • The contractor must hold all applicable state and local licenses and demonstrate successful completion of similar projects within the past five years. • The contract term will be 36 months, with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding.
