The Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is seeking proposals for the installation of a hot water main on Shiawassee Ave. from Grand to Capitol and Washington Sq. North of Shiawassee. The project involves the conversion of the existing steam distribution system to a hot water system. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The BWL reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected bidder.
