The Town of Longmeadow is soliciting sub‑bids for the design‑build of a new 135,000 sq ft, two‑story middle school campus at 410 Williams St., Longmeadow, MA. The project is funded at an estimated construction cost of $110 million and will be managed by Fontaine Brothers, Inc. under a Construction Manager‑at‑Risk delivery method. All trades are being bid separately, requiring DCAMM certification, and include masonry, metalwork, waterproofing, roofing, glazing, tile, resilient flooring, terrazzo, painting, fire‑sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and specialty equipment (lab casework, appliances, AV, theatrical rigging, signage, etc.).
