Clackamas County is seeking a cloud‑hosted Learning Management System (LMS) to replace its current ClearCo/Prositions platform. The solution must support integration with the county’s PeopleSoft HR system, offer SCIM 2.0 provisioning, provide single sign‑on via Microsoft Entra ID, and be ready for a go‑live date of June 30 2027. The award will include migration of roughly 15,000 historical completions from 2,866 users, hosting of 130 internal courses (including 2 SCORM packages), and the ability to link to external virtual‑classroom tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The contract is a five‑year goods‑and‑services agreement with an implementation phase (Year 0) preceding the first fiscal year.
