Fleet Management-Scissor Lifts

The City of Columbus, Department of Finance and Management, is seeking bids for the purchase of Mobile Scissor, Mast, and Boom Lifts for the Facilities Management Division. The contract will provide for the purchase and delivery of the specified equipment. Bidders must document their experience and work history in supplying similar equipment and provide references from four separate contracts. The equipment must meet specific specifications, including meeting ANSI A92.2 requirements, having a 110 VAC outlet in the platform, and having a minimum 1-year full machine warranty and 5-year structural warranty. • The equipment must be delivered FOB Destination Freight Prepaid and Allowed to the specified location. • The bidder must provide a written warranty for the equipment. • The bidder must provide two copies of all parts lists, service, maintenance, and operation manuals upon delivery of the equipment. • The bidder must provide current published literature and Dealer’s specifications that best explain the unit offered. • The bidder must submit a copy of the dealer’s build sheets with the bid. • The City of Columbus reserves the right to require a demonstration of the equipment prior to award of the bid.
