Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes drywall and finish, electrical, paint and finish, and thermal protection. The project must be completed within 20 working days, and the successful bidder will be required to comply with Tribal rules and regulations. The bidder must also provide proof of TERO certification and comply with the Buy American provisions.
