26-006 Consultant to Prepare RFP for Lowry Campus Developmen

The Colorado Community College System is seeking a consultant to prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the development of the Lowry Campus. The consultant will be responsible for drafting and finalizing an RFP to solicit a Master Developer for the campus, as well as managing the solicitation process and evaluating proposals. The selected consultant will have experience in drafting RFPs and evaluating proposals for Master Developers, preferably for public entities. The project involves developing an RFP that solicits information from potential developers on their approach to development, timing, financing, and other key aspects. The consultant will also engage with the City of Aurora and City of Denver to inform the development of the RFP. Some key aspects of the project include: • Developing an RFP to solicit a Master Developer for the Lowry Campus • Managing the solicitation process and evaluating proposals • Engaging with the City of Aurora and City of Denver to inform the development of the RFP • Providing guidance on the method to solicit Master Developers and managing the actual solicitation process • Reviewing and evaluating proposals from Master Developers and advising CCCS management on the advantages and disadvantages of each proposal
