Description
The Kent County Government is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional janitorial services for designated County facilities. The services shall be performed five days a week, Monday through Friday, after normal business hours. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning chemicals necessary to perform janitorial services. The contract term is for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award a contract based on the written proposals received without prior discussions or negotiations.
