Starshield terminals with global access subscriptions

The NASA/NSSC is seeking a contractor to provide Starshield terminals with global access subscriptions. The contractor will provide secure satellite-based data transport services to enhance the resiliency and diversity of the Deep Space Network (DSN). The scope of work includes providing seven terminals with mount kits, eight 5TB/month data subscriptions, and ensuring continuous, government-only encrypted data service over the Starshield network. The contractor must also comply with government CUI and export control requirements. • Seven terminals with mount kits to provide redundancy for dual services at each deep space network site • Eight 5TB/month data subscriptions for a duration of six months • Continuous, government-only encrypted data service over the Starshield network • A minimum of 20 Mbps uplink capability • Data integrity and encryption utilizing AES 128 encryption or better • Safeguard all NASA data in accordance with government CUI and export control requirements
