Professional Engineering Services for Park of Honor Stormwater Pump Station Improvements – Design & Permitting

The City of South Daytona is seeking professional engineering services for the design and permitting of stormwater pump station improvements at the Park of Honor. The project is funded through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) and is subject to all applicable requirements of 2 C.F.R. Part 200. The selected consultant will provide services including project management, data collection, preliminary design, final design, and permitting. The project includes the replacement of existing 1,200 GPM pumps with 3,000 GPM pumps, improvements to discharge conveyance to Stevens Canal, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) modeling for 100-year storm conditions, and preparation of construction-ready plans and permit applications. • Replacement of existing pumps • Improvements to discharge conveyance • H&H modeling for 100-year storm conditions • Preparation of construction-ready plans and permit applications The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and the award will be made based on the evaluation factors and the bidder whose qualifications indicate the award will be in the best interest of the City.
