2027 or Newer Vehicles

The State of Colorado is seeking to establish State Price Agreements for 2027 or newer model year fleet vehicles. The purpose of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to acquire approximately 545 total vehicles and 151 patrol vehicles. The award(s) will primarily be used by the Department of Personnel and Administration (DPA) to purchase vehicles on behalf of various State agencies. Institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and registered non-profit organizations are also allowed to purchase vehicles from the resulting State Price Agreements. Key requirements include: * Vehicles must meet standard specifications for the vehicle body code(s) * Standard Vehicle Base Price must not exceed the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price * Vehicles must meet current federal emission standards * The proposed vehicle warranty period must be at least 3 years or 36,000 miles * Dealer-installed alternative fuel conversions are not acceptable unless otherwise noted
