The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a lease for 5,000 net usable square feet of office space in Murfreesboro, TN, to be used as a community-based outpatient clinic. The lease term is for 10 years, with 5 years firm and 5 years non-firm. The space must be available for occupancy by July 1, 2026. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous and will evaluate responses based on factors such as availability, cost, and relocation costs.
• The lease requires a minimum of 45 parking spaces.
• The space must be located within a specific delineated area.
• Responses must include building name, address, location, amount of offered space, building ownership information, and amount of parking available on-site.
• The Government is limited by law to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
• The Department of Veterans Affairs will not pay any brokers fees or costs associated with responding to the Special Notice.
