Purchase of an Astro Max Drone

Ontario County is seeking sealed competitive bids to purchase a professional‑grade Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) system – the Astro Max drone – and all required accessories, batteries, chargers, travel cases, payload camera system, and spare parts. The vendor must be an authorized dealer or reseller, provide a one‑year manufacturer warranty, and ensure all equipment complies with NDAA/Blue UAS, FAA Remote ID, and interoperability with the County’s GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS). Delivery must occur within 14 calendar days of the purchase order, and the County will award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
