Marcite Finish - Swimming Pool Resurfacing Services

The City of St. Petersburg is soliciting bids for Marcite Finish - Swimming Pool Resurfacing Services. The project includes resurfacing services at three locations: Lake Vista Pool, Fossil Park Pool, and North Shore Activity Pool. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to resurface the interior pools using a marcite (white plaster) finish. The scope of work includes surface preparation, structural repairs, plaster application, and startup services. The contractor must have a minimum of three years' experience providing similar commercial/public pool resurfacing projects and be a Licensed Florida Commercial Pool Contractor. • The initial term of the agreement will be for one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. • The contractor must provide a minimum of a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials. • The contractor must meet the City's insurance requirements and provide proof of applicable licenses, insurance, and bonding. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the Florida Building Code and National Plasters Council guidelines.
