Diesel Fuel For Emergency Generators and Storage Tanks

The University of Texas - MD Anderson is seeking a contractor to provide diesel fuel for its emergency generators and storage tanks. The contractor will be responsible for providing diesel fuel for all day tanks and storage tanks at various locations. The contract will be awarded to the contractor that offers the "Best Value" to MD Anderson. The evaluation criteria will include the contractor's ability to provide high-quality diesel fuel, their experience and qualifications, and their pricing. • The contractor must provide a detailed breakdown of all costs for diesel fuel, including a lump sum amount and a payment schedule. • The contractor must also provide information about their quality control program, technical support capabilities, and safety protocols. • The contractor must be able to provide real-time work status documentation and electronic service tickets and fuel delivery documentation on the same business day. • The contractor must have a designated account representative to oversee the MD Anderson account at Houston. • The contractor must have a written safety program and written codes of conduct that all employees are required to follow.
