The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids for the procurement of a diesel generator with installation and removal of old equipment. Some key points to consider: • The bid must be submitted on the provided form, and the bidder must price per unit shown. • The bid must be time-stamped at the designated office on or before the hour and date specified for the bid opening. • The bidder must provide a Texas Identification Number System (T.I.N.S.) number, full firm name, and address of the bidder on the face of the bid form. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including OSHA standards and regulations. • The contract may be extended up to three months at the sole discretion of the State.
