Procurement request for STARCCM and Computational Fluid Dynamics Software

The Naval Surface Warfare, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking a procurement of STARCCM and Computational Fluid Dynamics Software. The software is required for a period of 1 year, and the contractor should provide a quote for the following items: Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Power Session 1 Year, Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Add 1 Year, and Simcenter STAR-CCM+ CAD Exchange 1 Year. The quote should include pricing, Cage Code, FOB Destination, point of contact, and business size. The contractor should also provide a statement of their capability to meet all specifications and requirements. • The software should have a concurrent simultaneous user (floating) license type and at least 5 authorized users. • The contractor should provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items. • The contractor should report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report. • The contractor should use the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system to submit payment requests and receiving reports. • The contractor should follow the instructions in the WAWF clause for submitting payment requests and receiving reports.
