Description
The opportunity is for an automated pumpdown and venting system for a vacuum film deposition chamber. The system should be able to pump down from atmospheric pressure to 10^-5 torr in 10 minutes and pump down from vacuum to atmospheric pressure in under 15 minutes. The system should have a minimum pumping speed of 100,000 l/s for water. The chamber is 58 inches in diameter, 50 inches in depth, and has a removable door. The material of construction is steel coated in glyptal.
