Description
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The services include substance use treatment, mental health treatment, and urine collection/testing. The contractor must provide services within the catchment area with a facility available for use, and prices must be as low or lower than those charged to the most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional four years. Key requirements include:
