Brooklyn Bridge Park is seeking qualified contractors to serve on an on‑call roster for routine and emergency maintenance, repair, and replacement work across five core trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, door‑system & locksmith, and landscaping/site‑work. The contract will be a three‑year, terminable‑at‑will license agreement; selected vendors will submit rate sheets that become the contractual rates, with no not‑to‑exceed ceiling. Up to three to five vendors may be selected per trade, and proposals are evaluated on experience (25 pts), management quality (30 pts), proposal quality (15 pts), and price (30 pts). The solicitation does not require MWBE certification, bonds, retainage, or prevailing‑wage compliance, but MWBE participation will earn evaluation points. Submissions are due May 13 2026, with an anticipated award on June 1 2026.
• Services include electrical system troubleshooting, lighting and power repairs, HVAC preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, door hardware replacement and lockout assistance, and landscape/hard‑scape upkeep (e.g., sod, fencing, concrete).
• Contractors must provide insurance (CGL, workers’ comp, professional liability, auto) before commencing work and must be enrolled in NYC’s PASSPort system per Local Law 34.
• The contract is structured as an on‑call “bench”—BBP will issue individual work orders as needs arise, allowing vendors to respond on an as‑needed basis.
