Misawa Air Base - Inflatable Decoys

The United States Air Force is seeking qualified vendors to supply inflatable decoys for the Misawa Air Base in Japan. The decoys must meet specific requirements, including being radar and IR significant, true to size, and able to be transported in the bed of a pick-up truck. The contractor shall ship the decoys directly to the Misawa Air Base. The award will be made on an all-or-none basis to a fully qualified source that represents the best value to the government.
