Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Radiation Safety Officer Services for the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The contract will be for a base period with one option year. The contractor will be responsible for providing radiation safety services, including but not limited to, radiation safety training, radiation safety inspections, and radiation safety consulting. The contractor must have experience in providing radiation safety services and must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must have a thorough understanding of radiation safety principles and regulations.
• The contractor must be able to provide radiation safety training to VA staff.
• The contractor must be able to conduct radiation safety inspections and provide recommendations for improvement.
• The contractor must be able to provide radiation safety consulting services to the VA.
