ICE TELERADIOLOGY SERVICES

The Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive teleradiology support services, including the provision, installation, and maintenance of permanent and portable digital X‑ray equipment, secure cloud‑based image transmission, remote radiology interpretation, and full integration with ICE’s Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and electronic health‑record (eHR) platforms. The effort is structured as a Firm‑Fixed‑Price Indefinite‑Delivery‑Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 12‑month base period and up to four one‑year options, plus a possible six‑month extension. The contractor must meet stringent FedRAMP, FIPS‑140‑2, and DHS security requirements, maintain malpractice insurance for radiologists, and comply with extensive CUI, privacy, and AI governance policies. • Provide both stationary and portable digital X‑ray units that meet detailed imaging specifications (≥ 35 × 43 cm plate, ≤ 200 µm pixel pitch, ≥ 3.75 MP, ≥ 10‑bit depth, ≥ 2.5 lp/mm resolution). • Deliver 24 × 7 × 365 remote radiology reads with critical results communicated within 15 minutes and final reports within 4 hours. • Ensure all data transmission is encrypted with FedRAMP‑authorized cloud services and FIPS‑validated modules, and integrate seamlessly with ICE’s PACS/eHR without proprietary dependencies.
