The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide mobile diagnostic radiology (X‑ray) and ultrasound services to the Veterans Home of California – Yountville. The contractor must operate a fully equipped mobile unit, supply California‑licensed radiology and ultrasound technicians, and ensure board‑certified radiologists interpret all studies. Service hours are Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with 24/7 STAT capability; response times are 1 hour for routine requests and 2 hours for STAT requests. Results must be delivered via fax or portal within defined timeframes, and the contractor must maintain a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, appropriate insurance, and comply with DVBE, civil‑rights, and Darfur Act certifications.
