This RFQ seeks a qualified vendor to provide thermal/infrared imaging and ultrasound inspection services for Palm Beach County’s electrical and mechanical equipment on a term‑contract basis. The scope includes on‑site inspections, generation of detailed analysis reports, and compliance with all applicable safety, licensing, and reporting requirements. The County anticipates an annual workload of approximately 450 inspection hours and will evaluate proposals based on price, small‑business certification, and local‑preference considerations.
