The United States Air Force is seeking a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) to provide a turnkey, commercial solution for the installation of a fiber optic cable. The project involves delivering a fiber optic cable from the US Army Adelphi Laboratory Center to the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Operation Location B at White Oak, MD. The solicitation is restricted to two specified WOSB vendors, Fiber Business Solutions Group, Inc. and TJS Group, Inc. The project requires the installation of materials and equipment, testing, and final deliverables. The government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
