CVB25-01 Sabre Center Project Phase I Courtesy Posting

The Panama City Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is seeking a qualified Florida licensed Underground Contractor or General Contractor to construct the new SABRE Center Phase I (Civil only) Project. The project includes civil site improvements such as clearing and grubbing, earthwork, potable water distribution, stormwater conveyance, sanitary sewer collection, concrete work, and other site utility coordination. The contract duration is 180 days for substantial completion and 30 days for final completion. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work site, protecting existing utilities and structures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
