STX)-2026-013 Addendum 2 (Roof Assessment and Repairs at Gordon A Finch Molasses Pier, St. Croix, USVI

The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assess and repair roof leaks at the Gordon A Finch Molasses Pier in St. Croix, USVI. The scope of work includes assessing active roof leaks, providing labor, tools, and equipment to perform authorized roof leak repairs, and completing all work in accordance with the contract. The facility consists of a 19,000 square foot building with a five-bay warehouse and an attached administrative office building. The roof system covers approximately 22,000 square feet, including canopy and gutter systems. • The contract will require the successful respondent to comply with all airport security requirements and aviation security procedures. • The successful respondent will be required to provide a badge application signed by the certifying official and display identification badges on their person at all times while on duty. • The contract will include a mobilization-assessment, roof leak assessment and reporting, mobilization-roof repair, and other related services. • The successful respondent will be required to provide references, certificates of insurance, and other documentation as specified in the contract.
