Description
The City of Concord, New Hampshire is seeking bids for the construction of the Heights Sewer Collection System Improvements. This project includes replacement of approximately 6,000 LF of existing gravity sewer in Grover Street, Pembroke Road, and Branch Turnpike; approximately 3,000 LF of new force main in Branch Turnpike and Loudon Road; stormwater upgrades; sidewalk replacement; and roadway upgrades. The project is expected to be funded in part by a State Aid Grant from the NH Department of Environmental Services.
Some key features of the project include:

• The project has a completion time of 700 calendar days for substantial completion and 730 calendar days for final completion
