J--Flooring Replacement for BIA, Navajo Region, Build

The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking a contractor to replace the flooring in Building 3, Window Rock, AZ. The contractor will be responsible for providing a firm fixed-price quote for the replacement of the flooring. The scope of work includes the removal and disposal of the existing flooring and the installation of new flooring. The contractor must submit a quote that includes all elements of the statement of work. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller of the quoted solution with an active SAM.gov profile. • The contractor must submit a complete and signed IEE Representation Form and DIAR 1452.280-4. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed-price quote for the replacement of the flooring. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
